To partake in this transformative experience, ensure that you have a stable internet connection and a ZOOM account. A link to the ZOOM meeting will be provided. Find a tranquil space, where you can lie down and surrender for a full hour with minimal disturbances or distractions.

It is recommended that you lie down on a yoga mat, perhaps keeping a blanket nearby for added comfort. To achieve the most immersive musical experience, be prepared to listen to music on ZOOM with wireless headphones or connect to a speaker for superior sound quality.

Please ensure that your entire body is visible from the side of the screen during the session.
